Hi, I’m Susan Pannozzo, host of Hospitality Academy. With 30 years of hotel experience, I am able to leverage my knowledge, corporate training skills, and most importantly, my large network of industry peers who can help find answers and solutions to the everyday challenges of operating a successful property.
I know that in hotel management, training staff and managing costs can be a constant struggle.

As for me, I’ve worked as a front desk agent, general manager and nearly everything in between. Over the last ten years, I have gained valuable insights consulting with hotels as a corporate trainer. In this role, I am constantly exposed to new and more efficient ideas which could benefit many hotels.
Now, rather than hoard the knowledge I’m accumulating, I’ve decided to share it with you! When I stay at the hotels that I consult with, I draw not only on my experience as a hotel operator, but I get to see the high-quality strategies these hotel operators utilize in action as a guest.
